SUMMER TEAS

Good News Gang hosted the teas today and raised over £320. Thank you to everyone who came and supported us. Ed and Bob did a great job on the Raffle, George and Jean raised £36 on the books alone and Dilys and Max sold all the cakes! (Except a couple of jam tarts that were eaten by David Ball at the end!!) Rosie was on reception and Tamsin, Greeta and Melanie were our efficient waitresses... oh, as well as Will (waiter extraordinaire), who helped in many other ways too, especially eating sandwiches! 15 helpers sat down and enjoyed a wonderful 'helpers tea' at the end of the day. Thanks to Helen, Linda, Jane, Chris, David, Tom and Penny behind the scenes.

It's the last tea next week - see you there!
