ST. PIRAN & ST. MICHAEL

Next Sunday, 26^th February Morning Service at 11.15am will be led by Rev'd. David Stevens.

Quiet Time is every Tuesday morning at 9.15 – 9.45 a.m. in the side chapel.

Celtic Evening Prayer is on Thursdays at 4.30 – 5pm in the side chapel in church or outside in the churchyard at the sacred space prayer area, rear of the tower if sunny.

This Thursday 23^rd February, the PCC meets at 7pm in the Church Room.

On Ash Wednesday, 1^st March at 7p.m. there will be a United Benefice service at Perranuthnoe, with Holy Communion and ashing, led by Rev'd. Canon Nigel Marns.

Next Sunday, 5^th March is St. Piran's Feast Service at 11.15 a.m. where we will be joined by the Rev'd. Canon Jane Vaughan Wilson. The Feast Lunch will follow at St. Piran's Hall, Goldsithney, at 1pm. Please add your name to the list if you wish to come to the lunch, or call David on 711248. The main meal is provided but please bring a dessert to share for the dessert buffet. There will be a collection for this year's Benefice Lent Appeal Charity.

DROP IN FOR COFFEE

This Thursday, 23^rd at 10.30 - 12 noon in the Church Room. Doreen will have her stall of handmade cards and marmalade for sale in aid of Children's Hospice South West. This will be the last Drop In until September.

BOOK LAUNCH

This Friday, 24^th at 2pm - 4pm at All Saints' Marazion. You are warmly invited to hear Bridget Braybrooks (aka Macaulay) talk about her work, read some poetry and share some ideas about how the book might be used (and enjoy some tea and cake!) Books, cards and one or two paintings will be available to buy on the day.

PERRANUTHNOE FILM NIGHT

This Friday, 24th at 7pm “Bridget Jones' Baby” will be shown in the Church Room.

SATURDAY WALKS

This Saturday, 25th the walk starts at Padstow and ends at Constantine Bay via St. Merryn. This walk is 6.1/2 miles and is dog friendly. We will be walking as a group. LENT LUNCHES

Next Thursday 2^nd March 12 - 1.30 pm. there will be a Lent lunch in the Church Room. Come along for a simple meal of soup and bread, in aid of the Benefice Lent Appeal Charity. Suggested donation £5. Continuing on Thursdays for six weeks.

WOMEN'S WORLD DAY OF PRAYER

Special Service on at 2pm on Friday, 3^rd March at Goldsithney Chapel.

CORNISH CELTIC WAY
On Saturday 4th March there will be a breakfast, prayer and walk feedback session at Murley Hall, Ludgvan starting at 9.30 until 11am.
