Perranuthnoe’s senior resident, Marie,  will be celebrating her 100th Birthday on the
3rd May.

To mark this very special day a “bring and share”  Tea  - Party is planned in the Church Room the next day,
Saturday 4th May at 3pm.

Good News Gang

  The GNG (young people's group for ages 5 - 16yrs) met on Thursday 11th April to pray, sing and be artistically creative in the Church Room.  

The theme for the meeting (and for the Family Service coming up on Sunday 14th April at 11:15) is Jesus' re-appearance to the Disciples.  He came to them when they were fishing - so we had a go at making our own shoal of fish (see the picture below).  We also did a dramatisation of the Bible reading. 

 Next GNG will be on Thursday 9th May at 5:15pm.  Hope to see you there.

 

Christian Aid Walk

A bright sunny day on Wednesday 3rd April  greeted the 14 walkers from Churches and Chapels within the Penzance Christian Aid District

The 3.5 mile sponsored walk led by Iain Vosper and Dee Holland started and finished at Perranuthnoe Church Room. 

 Suitably exercised from their round trip the walkers retuned to enjoy a shared picnic tea.
